ABOUT US
Every children's book begins with an idea, a story waiting to be seen, felt, and remembered.
My journey started as a freelance illustrator, working closely with authors and helping bring their stories to life through illustrations. Over the past three years, I have worked on children's books, character designs, book covers, and page layouts, turning manuscripts into engaging visual experiences for young readers.
As I worked with more authors, I realized that many had wonderful stories but struggled to find a reliable creative partner who could transform their manuscript into a complete, professionally designed children's book.
That idea became PageLoom.
PageLoom was created to help authors bring their stories to life through thoughtful illustration, character design, book covers, and professional book layouts. We focus on the visual side of storytelling, transforming finished manuscripts into beautiful digital books that children can connect with and enjoy.
We do not write stories. Instead, we collaborate with authors who already have a story to tell and help them present it in the most engaging and memorable way possible.
Whether you're creating your very first picture book or expanding an existing series, our goal is simple: to turn your manuscript into a beautifully illustrated children's book that inspires young readers and leaves a lasting impression.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Project & Payment Terms
All projects require a 50% upfront payment before work begins. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the final files are delivered. The project timeline begins only after we have received the final manuscript, all required materials, project details, and the initial payment. Any delays in providing feedback, approvals, or requested information by the client may result in an extension of the delivery timeline. If the client decides to pause or cancel the project after work has commenced, the initial payment is non-refundable.
Revisions & Project Scope
The number of revision rounds will be agreed upon before the project begins. Additional revisions will be charged separately. Services include: children's book illustration, character design, book cover design, book layout, formatting, and complete digital book design. Clients must provide the final manuscript, reference material, and timely feedback. PageLoom does not provide story writing, editing, proofreading, publishing, or marketing unless agreed separately.
Copyright & File Delivery
Final files are delivered only after full payment. Files are delivered in PDF, PNG, and JPG formats. Editable source files are shared only if agreed. Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the approved artwork. Unless confidentiality is requested before the project starts, PageLoom may display completed work in its portfolio, website, and social media.
